OUR CONTINUOUS PATH:
ZAMUA GALLERY was opened in 1995. It ran 12 courses until mid- 2006. Up to 170 artists have participated in the exhibition courses opened by
ZAMUA GALLERY. It has opened 25 solo exhibitions and 11 group exhibitions for Kurdish and non-Kurdish artists.
ZAMUA GALLERY has also run many seminars and slide presentations and other activities with different artists. ZAMUA GALLERY is really
an artistic treasure.
There are few art institutions that have been successful like ZAMUA GALLERY and did not fail or suffer serious problems. ZAMUA GALLERY has
continuously made progress and our actions prove our words.
THE staff of ZAMUA GALLERY consists of five members and they all work as a team and they do not want to compare their active, fast and perfect
performance with the staffs of other institutions.
The staff of ZAMUA GALLERY intends to learn from others and they intensively concentrate on operating their administrative and artistic work
and opening new exhibitions.
ZAMUA GALLERY is the only institution which has provided the artists with the real opportunity to sell their works. This move is the first in
Kurdistan to open an artistic market where only Kurdish artists benefit from selling their artistic works.
